  • 6 Zerona laser/Ultrasound cavitation combo sessions that will help jumpstart your weight loss efforts. These can be done once a week or every 72 hours.
  • A waist trainer that will help support belly fat loss.
  • A healthy habit plan with a habit tracker.
  • A fitness plan that will help build muscle and improve your physique.
  • An active recovery plan that will help reduce fat and increase energy levels.
  • Tips and recommendations for increasing metabolism, improving sleep, reducing stress and removing toxins from your body and home.
  • A sustainable nutrition plan designed to increase your metabolism, improve energy levels and aid in weight loss.
  • 1 weekly coaching session to make adjustments to your program, provide guidance and support and deep dive into any issues.

If you need more accountability with the fitness program; you can add on in person and virtual personal training sessions at $50 a session.
