  • An active recovery plan that will help reduce fat and increase energy levels.
  • Unlimited Email/text support.
  • Tips and recommendations for increasing metabolism, improving sleep, reducing stress and removing toxins from your body and home.
  • A sustainable nutrition plan designed to increase your metabolism, improve energy levels and aid in weight loss.
  • 1 weekly check in to make adjustments to your program, provide guidance and encouragement and iron out any issues.

If you need more accountability with the fitness program; you can add on in person and virtual personal training sessions at $50 a session.
